{"id":4924,"date":"2017-01-25T17:22:15","date_gmt":"2017-01-25T17:22:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alliance4universities.eu\/en\/?p=4924"},"modified":"2017-02-08T16:08:08","modified_gmt":"2017-02-08T16:08:08","slug":"the-universities-of-the-a4u-foster-excellent-human-resources-policies-for-researchers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alliance4universities.eu\/en\/the-universities-of-the-a4u-foster-excellent-human-resources-policies-for-researchers\/","title":{"rendered":"The universities of the A4U foster excellent human resources policies for researchers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After recently awarding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uam.es\/ss\/Satellite\/es\/1242649910548\/1242702850993\/noticia\/noticia\/La_Universidad_Autonoma_de_Madrid_ha_sido_reconocida_con_el_sello_de_excelencia_de_Recursos_Humanos_.htm\">Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uc3m.es\/ss\/Satellite\/UC3MInstitucional\/es\/Detalle\/Comunicacion_C\/1371227429901\/1371215537949\/La_UC3M_obtiene_el_HR_Excellence_in_Research_en_politicas_de_recursos_humanos_para_investigadores\">Universidad Carlos III de Madrid<\/a>, all of the A4U universities have been acknowledged by the European Commission with the \u201c<strong><em>HR Excellence in Research<\/em><\/strong>\u201d award. This recognition supports those research institutions and funding organisations for <strong>aligning their human resources policies and strategies<\/strong> with the principles of the <a href=\"https:\/\/euraxess.ec.europa.eu\/jobs\/charter\">European Charter and Code for Researchers<\/a>, fostering attractive research careers.<\/p>\n<p>The process usually starts off by creating a multidisciplinary team that carries out several consultations within the academic community.
