5 days of training + 2 days for travel (in total, 7 days will be covered by the grant). The rates are: 120 Euros/day for subsistence and 820 Euros for travel expenses for participants from India / 1.100 Euros for travel expenses for participants from Indonesia. Total grant: 1.660 Euros for Indian participants / 1.940 Euros for Indonesian participants.
Please note that Erasmus+ grants are a contribution towards the costs of the planned Erasmus+ mobility period.
Important: Participants will need to book their flights and accommodation. For this, they will need to advance their own funds since the mobility grant will be paid only once their stay begins. Participants can make travel and accommodation arrangements that best suit their needs and are not required to present receipts for their expenses.
Payment of grant: the grant will be paid to participants by a cheque once they start their training programme.
A Mobility Proposal, signed by the applicant, the sending and the receiving institutions, will need to be submitted as part of the application process (as per Erasmus+ programme guidelines). Scanned signatures are accepted.
An Interinstitutional Agreement between the sending and the receiving universities will need be signed before the start of the Staff Training Week (as per Erasmus+ programme guidelines)
