Ly Phuong Thanh is currently an Administrator and Customer Service Officer. In 2022, when she was a Bachelor student in Economics at the Vietnam National University at Ho Chi Minh City, she went to the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
In her opinion, the Erasmus+ experience was rewarding both personally and professionally. She explains:
“- Personal development: Living and studying in a foreign country can be a challenging but rewarding experience that can help me develop my independence, adaptability, and intercultural skills.
– Academic growth: Studying in a different academic environment at a top ranking university in Europe can broaden my perspective and expose me to new teaching methods, research techniques, and academic subjects.
Career prospects: Erasmus+ improved my employability by providing me with an international experience and enhancing my language skills.
Networking: Erasmus+ allows me to connect with other students, academics, and professionals from different countries and cultures, creating valuable networking opportunities.
When I was pickpocketed and the police came to help me get back my iphone, it seemed like a terrible experience, but it turned out that Spanish police did their great job and I totally felt satisfied.
