Alicia Pose Díez de la Lastra teaches Bioengineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and visited the University of Cape Town, South Africa in 2022.
She remembers: “I was very welcome in the University, the host supervisor was very kind and the students showed tremendous interest. It was a wonderful experience in all aspects.
I definitely recommend this experience. It allows you to learn about other approaches for teaching and learning. You also learn about new problems and concerns in your host institution and it really opens your mind for future investigations.”
