The Alliance organizes its activity around different specialized working groups, each coordinated by the vice-rector of one of the partner universities and intended to address a set of priorities and strategic challenges.
These working groups, and their respective coordinators, are currently as follows:
- Research, coordinated by Dr. José Manuel González Sancho (UAM)
- International, coordinated by Dr. Amaya Mendikoetxea (UAM)
- Bachelor’s Degree, coordinated by Dr. Juan Antonio Huertas (UAM)
- Online Training, coordinated by Dr. Carlos Delgado Kloos (UC3M)
Attention should also be called to the work done for the Barcelona-Madrid Dialogues project, which concluded in 2014.
